This is the only product I have found that works well for me. It is truly fragrance free. I have rosacea and I am allergic to fragrance. So many cremes that say they do not contain any fragrance have essential oils or other products with strong scents that I react to. This product doesn't have anything that I react to at all. A miracle! And as a bonus it doesn't smell icky either. A lot of fragrance-free products have an unpleasant non-smell to them.Eucerin also makes a formula for redness in your skin. I thought this would be good for the rosecea. It is NOT. This Q10 formula is the BEST!!! It is thick and creamy. If you have oily skin at all this is not the right product for you. For those with dry skin or who need additional moisture at night this is a great product. I was horrified when I couldn't find it in the stores any longer. For some reason, Nivea is no longer available in the USA. I bought the Eucerin cream to to replace the Nivea Anti-Wrinkle/Toning cream that is no longer available. It doesn't even come close. Nivea was smooth and packed with moisturizers. The Eucerin is more pasty (not creamy) in texture and comes in a less than attractive yellow color. It does not moisturize as well.
